When taking these refined oil, it causes our body to produce low density lipoprotein cholesterol which is what we called bad cholesterol.

2. Water

You need at least 8 glasses of water a day. Our body consists of more than 70% water and if we do not drink enough water, it causes our blood to thicken. As blood circulates in our body, and your blood is thick, it will definitely raise up your blood pressure level. By drinking sufficient water every day, it will help us a long way as
your pressure will be reduced. Water is also good for digestion and certainly good for you to develop a good habit drinking more water every day.

3. Exercise

Exercise not only good in toning your muscles, it also keep you alert and strengthens your body and your soul. As you exercise, it improves the blood circulation in your heart and body. Inactivity leads to fatigue and lifelessness. Find time to exercise at least 2 to 3 times a week to stay healthy. Go for a low impact exercise such as walking, swimming, cycling or hiking.

4. Stress

In these day and age, stress is unavoidable and individuals must be able to cope with stress in helping to manage their health better. When you feel stressed, your body and mind comes together which triggers our nerves that regulates the heart rate and blood pressure level. Study has revealed that stress and heart diseases are inter-related. Individuals who has experienced high immerse level of psychological stress has a higher percentage of increasing their blood pressure level. If leave unchecked, it may give rise to other health problems.

In fact, a lot of health problems can easily be prevented or minimised by changing our lifestyle. One main solution is to work on our diet. Diseases like high blood pressure may sound danger, but if you can administer the right care management, you can turn the situation around.
