Rub the mix on your face and let it dry for 2-3 minutes; then rinse off with luekwarm water. It works like a charm, and it will help complexion tremendously! I adore it.

Makes my skin feel so vibrant and youthful! It does wonders.

If you restrict your carbohydrate intake, your body is forced to burn fat stores for energy. To achieve this effect, carbohydrates should account for less than 50 percent of your total calorie intake each day. When choosing a carbohydrate, pick those with a low glycemic index, such as the complex carbohydrates in rice, potatoes, and pasta. Keep your consumption of low glycemic simple sugars, such as fruit, to a minimum.
