If you want to penalise people for driving abuse then penalise them for speeding and drunk driving etc.

I’m yet to follow a police vehicle in normal traffic, that doesn’t fluctuate in speed just that little bit above and below the limit and most of their vehicles have cruise control.

Well that’s my gripe. No more complaining!
