In my quest to try all the ardyss products so that I can give my own opinion and suggestions to my clients I am now trying Ardyss Thermogen Plus. This is only day one dose one. So I can really speak to what it is designed to do and what my goals are. As you may know the Ardyss system has two steps. The first step is the Reshaping products which provide you with the instant transformation. Second are the Nutritional products that help you on the inside. Now the Lotus Leaf Extract and Green Tea Extract found in Thermogen Plus are purport to help suppress appetite and promote lipolysis (the process of breaking down fat into free fatty acids and glycerol). Since lipolysis must take place before fat can be burned it seems to be an important element.

Well I took a break when writing to so I can now report of day one dose two. The first one I had with cold water, this second I had with hot water. Both are okay but I think I prefer the cold water although is takes some serious stirring to get it to completely dissolve. But what’s a little stirring to get these last few pounds off. Maybe I ever burned a few extra calories in the process.

Why Ardyss Plus Vitamins? Ever since I can remember I have taken vitamins. When I was little child I took one shape like a character a breakfast – not really understanding why though. Since I have been in the business of health and wellness I have been presented with manyoptionss. One that strikes me as particularly interesting is when are people that say they will forgo buying a body reshaper because they will lose the weight the old fashion way, which I believe they mean – working out.
