But, as far as the issue is concerned, none of the athletes uses treadmills for their trainings, just because of the abovementioned factor. You should pay additional attention to the fact that treadmill running may influence your physiological level as you may loose the sense of coordination being on the ground. As a matter of fact, you may lose the perception of pulling in sync with our body falling completely.
That’s why it is better to use treadmills when the weather is not suitable for outdoor running: no matter if it is rainy or it is winter. You will be in shape at any season. Besides, as far as my personal experience can be taken into account, if you want to normalize the speed and condition of running or if you want to control physiological and technical parameters, it’s better to practice treadmill running.
