Never Believe Anyone That Can Take Away Your Freedom

There is a very operational legal system in the United States, but it is more akin to the ones in third-world banana republic’s than the one touted to be “the best legal system in the world.” The ingredient omitted in America’s legal system is justice. There is no justice in our legal system. Justice depends on integrity, ethics, fairness, equality and morals. There is precious little, if any, of that in America’s legal system.

Take a typical case of murder where the murderer is not sitting clutching a bloody knife or a smoking revolver when the law enforcement arrive. Other than that situation they look at the crime scene and make up their mind, at that instant, who committed the crime. Next they spend the next days, weeks or months gathering evidence to convict that person. Anything not pointing to that suspect as the perpetrator of the murder is dismissed. After using all the time and resources against that person the police has a vested interest in remaining on that same path no matter if evidence shows the person did not commit the crime. A Perfect example of this is freedom The forensic employees, the medical examiner, the prosecutors and the courts all are on the side of the State. Their paychecks come from the government. To take a stand opposed to what is being done and how it has been done takes more courage than they have because they do not want to be the odd one out. In certain cases, their job depends on it.

Later, if someone else does enter the picture and is without a doubt the one that perpetrated the crime, they next find evidence, or make up confirmation, to include the person they at first selected to be a conspirator to look as if they haven’t wasted all the time and effort on the wrong person. They can not be wrong, that would go counter to everything done before or from hereafter. It would give a reason to have doubts.

Since the not guilty one has been incarcerated, the public perception is they are guilty. No one, let me say that again, no one enters a courtroom as a defendant with the belief they are innocent. Innocent until proven guilty is the largest lie ever foisted on the American public by the court system. Not even, chiefly not, the judge has that presumption or mind-set. Judges forever and forever will lean toward the prosecution. They work for the State.

Let us take a minute to look at the court system. As we know, the judge is paid, as well as the prosecution, by the State . The police and forensic employees are all State employees. That leaves the defense lawyers who are free to contest vigorously for the defendant, right? No! They are beholding to the court, their first loyalty is as Officers of the Court. They can be on your side if you are the accused, but they have precise regulations about everything from addressing the judge to respect for the opposition, and it matters not if they recognize the proof is bogus and the police are lying or everything else they are doing to convict an innocent person. Of course, the judge can control anything he/she determines to be forbidden for the jury to hear and can sway the case anyway they desire. All of these individuals are human, judge, prosecution, defense, police, forensics and jury. All have their prejudices how the defendant looks and acts. So we aren’t looking at a computer where anything like this would matter, or anything like a score that the credit companies use to resolve credit worthiness The judge and prosecutors hold political ambitions, police and forensics have employment to be reviewed by their supervisors and dozens of other reasons that we are not privy to.

This is NOT the finest legal system in the world. American’s are propagandized, just about from birth, that we live in the greatest country in the world. We do not live in the most urbane country in the world. We may live in the mightiest country in the world because of our military hardware. Greatest is subjective, so is best, biggest, most and other adjectives like these. Since I have not lived in other countries I will hold back my conclusion of whether America is the greatest country in the world.

Our prisons are overflowing with individuals that have committed non-violent offenses, drug trafficking when they were doing their boyfriend a errand and had no idea they would get a long prison punishment if caught. Generally, the drug dealing boyfriend is still out selling drugs. This is not an anomaly, there are thousands of cases like this or comparable. Prosecutors have no morals, ethics, and sense of fairness or justice. Their pursuit is making a name for themselves, getting elected or reelected and/or in quest of a higher office. The judges have the same interests. They defend their lack of these basic human traits by saying it was the jury that convicted the defendant. That is a pretty thin excuse for a lack of humanity when they used all their expertise and the system to prosecute someone that is not guilty. Check here please police

If you are ever close to a major crime, your safest way is to not speak to the police or anyone else until you have a lawyer advising you. You can be as innocent as innocent can be, however anything you say can, and will, be twisted any manner the police or prosecutor wants to play it. They will be hunting for the easiest way, which is not the proper way, to accuse someone with the crime. After that, if they get a video of someone else committing the crime but you have been charged for it, they will do all in their power to still convict you. Once you have been convicted there is very little possibility you will ever be exonerated and free even if undeniable evidence demonstrates you are innocent. The State (legal system) does not make mistakes. This, also, is not an anomaly. It has happened in thousands of trials.
