In seeing a magic show, one wonders if there are beginner magic tricks that are simpler. Have you ever asked yourself, when watching a magic show, how the person did the trick? The magic tricks you see on the stage are done with the art of illusion and a bit of acting skill on the magician’s part. Everyone starts at the beginning just like all else in life. So there are tricks that are designed for the beginning magician. The following are such beginning magic tricks. The first one is called “The Lighting of a Used Match.”
The things needed are: candle matchbox black colored ink
This easy trick doesn’t need much in the way of tools, mostly just preparation. Before you perform this trick for your audience, you need to dip the matches in the black ink. This is so the matches look used. When this has been done, you are ready. The remainder is your acting skills. A good start is to say to them: “I am now going to light the candle.” Then act as though you are shocked to see the used matches instead. Then tell the people that you are sorry that all the matches are used ; however, you can still light the candle using the burnt matches. Then strike the match. This should knockout the audience.
This trick involves a little practice before performing it. It is called “The Balloon That Won’t Pop.” This trick needs next things :
inflated balloon, large needle, transparent tape
To get set for the trick, you need to lay the tape evenly over the balloon so there are no leaks. This is where some few practice comes in. You need to be tolerant and take your time. You need to be as careful as possible rolling the pin into the inflated balloon where you put the tape. This is so the tape maintains the seal on the balloon.
The last one is the “The Incredible Coin Balance.” This one is where a coin keeps standing in the palm of your hand. This one involves using:
A large coin such as a half dollar. A pin that is straight.
This one is going to require a few practice before you get the illusion down pat as you want to keep the pin concealed.
To start, you take out a coin from the pocket, showing it to your audience. Meanwhile, get the audience going on how you are going to keep the coin standing up just with the use of your mind.
To begin the trick, you need to place the coin on your fingertips that are face-up. The pin is hidden under the coin that is between the fingers.
This is where the practice comes in… Raise both the coin and the pin simultaneously so that the coin is standing straight and the pin is supporting the coin using the other hand. When in position, take off the other hand leaving the coin “standing on its edge.” It looks tremendous, right, yeah you do this newbee magic tricks with some practice.
Everyone starts at the beginning just as with all else in life. Although the above simple coin tricks don’t seem like newbee magic tricks, they are. Just practice to pull them off with ease. For this, learning card tricks and other magic tricks, visit here.
